• Make faster, evidence-based decisions in selecting non-invasive and invasive
ventilation.
• Apply lung-protective ventilation techniques to reduce complications and chronic
lung injury.
• Usesurfactant therapy appropriately with correct timing and method.
• Recognize complex cases early and identify when advanced modes such as HFV
are needed.
• Translate updated neonatal respiratory guidelines into daily NICU practice.
